When you place a pre-order, you're reserving a product that is currently out of stock or upcoming in our inventory. Full payment is collected at the time of checkout to secure your item.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Before Fulfillment: You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled. To do so, please contact us, and we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund.
