Refund policy

At única leathers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process. If you would prefer an exchange instead of a return, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in new, unused condition with no signs of wear, use, stains, odors, damage, or alterations.
  • Items must be returned carefully packaged and may not be folded, compressed, or forced into packaging that could cause creasing, misshaping, or damage to the leather.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included with the return.
  • If approved, a confirmation email for the refund will be sent to the email used during checkout.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • All sale and clearance items are non-returnable.
  • Custom orders, made-to-order items, and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Cancellations:

  • We understand that plans can change. Orders may be canceled free of charge as long as they have not yet been fulfilled or shipped.
  • Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to our return policy.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact our customer support team at info@unicaleathers.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us before the 14-day return window expires to allow sufficient time for us to review your request. To remain eligible for a refund, the return package must also be shipped within this same 14-day period, and a tracking number or proof of shipment must be provided.
  • Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return request has been approved, our customer support team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3 - 5 days to your original payment method.
  • Refunds apply to the product purchase price only and do not include any shipping fees, customs charges, duties, taxes, or other fees associated with the original order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

International Returns:

  • For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return.
  • For international returns, customers must follow the return instructions provided by Única Leathers, including any customs declaration requirements. Packages that are improperly declared and incur duties, taxes, or customs fees may have those amounts deducted from the refund or may be refused.

Important Notes:

  • We reserve the right to deny a return if the item(s) do not meet our return policy criteria.
  • Refunds for returned items that show signs of use, wear, or damage will be issued at our discretion.
  • Gift cards and store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable.
