Shipping policy

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs:

We offer free international shipping with tracking within North America for orders over $150 usd and a flat rate of $35 usd for orders under $150.

For North America:

  • Free international shipping takes approximately 4-9 business days after the package is dispatched.
  • Express international shipping takes approximately 2-4 business days after dispatch.

Please note, the estimated shipping times do not include order processing time. Express shipping options will be available at checkout.

Currently, we only ship within North America.

If your country is not listed in the shipping zones, please contact us so we can check to see if shipping to your country is an option and offer you an estimated shipping rate.

 

Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-4 business days.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes:

  • Please note that if you need to modify the delivery address please contact customer support ASAP so we can assist you.
  • We are sorry but we DO NOT ship to P.O. boxes. 

International Orders:

  • Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant depending on your countries tax regulations and we are unable to calculate these for you. 

Remote Zones:

  • We offer free shipping across North America on qualifying orders. However, please note that certain postal codes are classified by DHL as “remote zones” and do not qualify for free shipping. For these locations, a flat shipping fee of $35 USD will apply. If you prefer not to proceed with the additional shipping cost, we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund your order.
  • Please note that all shipments to Hawaii are considered remote zone deliveries.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website. 

Lost Packages & Shipping Insurance:

  • All orders sent with DHL. Orders will include insurance that will cover packages that have been lost or misplaced while in dispatch. 

  • If you have not received your package, please follow these steps:

  1. Track your package using the tracking number that was sent in shipment confirmation email.
  2. Contact the carrier and provide them with your shipment details. 
  3. If still lost, please reach out to customer service ASAP so we can assist you with the issue.
